Frequently Asked Questions

Starting therapy is a big step. Here are answers to some common questions about working together.

What types of therapy do you offer?

I specialize in EMDR and provide individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for adults located in New Hampshire. You can participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Hampshire and Optum/UnitedHealthcare (UBH). I also accept private-pay clients and can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and eligibility are verified before beginning services.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are a supportive, collaborative space to explore your concerns and work toward your goals. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

What are your fees?

For private-pay clients, the fee for individual therapy is $150 per 50-minute session. For clients using insurance, out-of-pocket costs vary depending on your specific plan and benefits.

How do I get started?

The first step is to request a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and determine if we’re a good fit.
